A veterinary hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) to join its emergency and critical care team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing urgent and complex cases, and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  Perform emergency examinations and assessments

  Develop and implement treatment plans for critical patients

  Stabilize and manage urgent and emergency cases

  Perform emergency procedures and medical interventions

  Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results

  Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

  Communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognoses

  Collaborate with veterinary technicians and hospital staff to provide high-quality patient care

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution

  
  


• 
  

  Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure

  Strong diagnostic, medical, and emergency care skills
