THE ROLE

We're a fast-growing last-mile delivery startup looking for a highly motivated e-motorbike mechanic to keep our fleet and our courier partners rolling. If you're a detail-oriented tech with a passion for electric vehicle technology and a can-do attitude, we want you!

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and repair our fleet of e-mopeds and e-bikes.
• Provide top-notch customer service to our courier partners.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs meet our high standards of quality.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a motorbike mechanic, preferably with e-mopeds.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A passion for e-mobility and sustainability.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality.

• Min 2 yrs of mechanic experience (electric experience a plus, but not essential)

• Top-notch diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail & quality
• Customer-centric mindset & great communication
• Adaptable, organised, and a team player
• Multilingual a bonus
  

Physical: Able to lift/manoeuvre vehicles & stand for extended periods.
