• Participate in school initiatives and programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues, promoting a positive school culture that prioritizes student well-being

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in mental health support, pastoral care, or a related field is preferred, particularly within an educational setting


• A compassionate and calm approach to sensitive issues, with the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for students to express their feelings


• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with students, staff, and parents


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the varying needs of students in different emotional states


• A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and security of all students
