The Opportunity

Are you a qualified IQA / Internal Quality Assurer with strong Arabic and English language skills and experience within education, training or assessment?

This is an opportunity to support the quality assurance of Employability learning and assessment, working with a cohort of learners completing the Cert EP.

You’ll bring your assessment and quality assurance expertise to an Arabic-speaking learner environment, ensuring assessment decisions and learner feedback meet the required standards.

The Role

* Provide internal quality assurance support for Employability learning and assessment.

* Review assessment decisions and learner evidence to ensure consistency and quality.

* Support the quality assurance process for a cohort of approximately 18 learners.

* Work with assessment submissions completed in Arabic.

* Provide clear and constructive quality assurance feedback in Arabic where required.

* Apply appropriate assessment and quality assurance principles to learner work.

* Support consistency and standardisation across assessment decisions.

* Work collaboratively with the wider assessment and delivery team.

* Potentially provide approximately one day per month of ongoing IQA activity following the initial cohort.

The Ideal Candidate

* Experience working as an IQA, Internal Quality Assurer, Quality Assurer or Assessor.

* A recognised assessment and/or quality assurance qualification.

* Fluent Arabic and English, with the ability to speak, read and write both languages confidently.

* Strong understanding of assessment and quality assurance processes.

* Experience reviewing learner evidence and assessment decisions.

* Experience within an education, training or business environment.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide constructive feedback.

* Employability-specific experience is beneficial but not essential, as support can be provided around the Employability content.
