Job Description - Employability Programme Coordinator

Talent Guardian are thrilled to be partnering with MYTIME Young Carers, a rapidly growing charity on a mission to level the playing field for young carers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and motivated Employability Programme Coordinator to join a values-led team.

As Employability Programme Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Employability Programme Manager to deliver, develop, and grow this high-impact programme both in person and online.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering the Employability Programme in schools/colleges and online (including evening sessions)
Building and maintaining partnerships with educators and employers
Recruiting and supporting mentors and young carers
Organising programme materials, venues, communications, and events
Managing and maintaining data via the CRM, analysing outcomes and impact
Supporting alumni through the TEMPO group
Co-designing and delivering events like careers conventions and celebration evenings

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience working directly with young people, especially vulnerable groups
Background in careers education, mentoring, employability, or similar settings
Comfortable with tech (MS Office, CRM systems, online delivery platforms)
Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
Passion for youth empowerment and systemic change
Full UK Driving License

Desirable but Not Essential:

A Level 4 or 6 Careers Advice qualification (MYTIME is open to funding this for the right candidate!)
Experience in the education or charity sector
