Employability Tutor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £30,679 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, includes regular evenings and occasional weekends)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Enterprise and Employability Lead. This pivotal position involves leading the delivery of our comprehensive Enterprise and Employability programme, designed to equip young people with the necessary skills and opportunities to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the programme in partnership with NIS Group, the main sponsor of the programme.
• Develop and implement exciting enterprise projects that engage young people and enhance their entrepreneurial skills.
• Deliver targeted support programmes for young people not currently in education, employment, or training, guiding them towards positive outcomes.
• Work flexibly, including regular evening shifts and occasional weekends, to meet the needs of the programme and its participants.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in employability or enrichment roles within educational settings is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of the programme and its participants.
