£65,000 - £75,000 basic + Bonus | Full client bank provided | Hybrid working

Are you a driven Financial Adviser looking for high-quality clients and robust admin/paraplanning support? We’re working with a respected wealth management firm in Leatherhead that is seeking a talented IFA to join their team due to continued growth.

• Full client bank - Inheriting an active portfolio of loyal clients ready to engage

• Warm leads - Ongoing referrals from a strong introducer network

• Employed position with competitive salary and uncapped bonus scheme

• Full paraplanning and admin support to allow you to focus on advice

• Hybrid working - typically 2-3 days in the office, with flexibility

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (as a minimum)

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser/IFA

• Strong client relationship skills and a commitment to ethical advice

• Comfortable handling both investments and pensions advice (and ideally protection)
