Colten Developments is looking for experienced carpenters on an employed or self-employed basis to join our refurbishment and development team.

As a carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of on-site carpentry work, contributing to a variety of projects ranging in value from £500 to £5m. These include refurbishing properties in our existing portfolio as well as exciting new build developments.

Your duties will involve working alongside other tradespeople on projects and maintenance work, with a focus on fire door remedial works, as well as carpentry repairs and interpreting drawings accurately

This is a full-time position. The rate offered will be competitive and dependent on experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in refurbishment projects (preferred)
• A full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills and the ability to read drawings
• Your own van/car and tools for travel between various project locations
