Employee Benefits Consultant/Adviser - Northampton - Up to £60,000

About the Role:
We are working with an award winning IFA based in Northampton who are partnering with a firm and as a result looking to grow their Employee Benefits Team.

This role offers the chance for someone to come in and grow an entirely new team with lots of autonomy, and a huge amount of leads provided. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with Employee benefits, Group risk and pensions, and importantly key man and shareholder protection.

About You:
Proven experience advising on group risk solutions (life, IP, CI) for corporate clients.

Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits, underwriting, and market trends.

Ability to build relationships with employers, insurers, and intermediaries.
