Are you an experienced Health & Risk professional ready to elevate your consulting career in a dynamic and flexible environment?

We're looking for a passionate Employee Benefits Consultant to join an incredibly successful and growing Health & Risk Consulting team, working with a diverse portfolio of clients to help shape impactful health and wellbeing strategies.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to Mid Market and Large Corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries

• Delivering tailored consulting advice and strategies across Group Risk and Health benefits

• Leading benefit scheme reviews and renewal processes

• Identifying growth opportunities through market insight and client engagement

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and provider partners

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the Health & Benefits space (Risk or Healthcare)

• A proven track of successfully managing Mid Market and Large Corporate clients

• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills

• Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset

• A drive to grow your knowledge and support broader team success
