Job Description - Employee Benefits Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to split your time between home and the office.

As a Consultant, you'll play a vital role in retaining and developing a portfolio of clients. Your core mission: to deliver outstanding consulting advice, ensure high service standards, and support both existing business and new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Lead client meetings, offer expert advice, and manage renewal processes.
  • Build long-term client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of employee benefits needs and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and help shape client strategies accordingly.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in the Employee Benefits sector, particularly across Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements.
  • Is commercially minded with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a track record of delivering value to clients and driving business development.
