Job Description - Employee Engagement Adviser

Employee Engagement Advisor

  • Location: Bristol/Birmingham
  • Job Type: Hybrid

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide regulated bespoke pension advice to both new and existing group pension members.
  • Offer group pension transfer advice as required.
  • Deliver specialist advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making for members.
  • Undertake site visits and follow up on potential leads from corporate consultants.
  • Create and present effective presentations to group pension members, either onsite or remotely.
  • Maintain up-to-date CPD, IO, and Compliance records.
  • Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company professionally at events and support business projects to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Manage personal time effectively to achieve objectives and key milestones, including personal development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of all types of pension arrangements.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement workable solutions.
  • Good technical knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
