Home Based

Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for HR professionals wishing to develop their specialist ER experience within a progressive, customer focused environment. Supporting the business, the ER Advisor will be part of a specialised team supporting the effective management of formal ER cases and enhancing management capability at Ramsay Health Care UK.

The ER Advisor will be spending a significant amount of time working with key stakeholders to conclude ER cases in an efficient and safe manner. The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly as part of the their role.

Key responsibilities of the role include

  • Guiding and supporting managers at all levels to resolve formal ER cases up to and including external legal matters

  • Managing a varied and complex case load to ensure cases are resolved in a timely manner

  • Enhancing management capability via training and coaching interventions

  • Using data to identify opportunities to improve process and the employee experience

  • Contributing to review and updates of policies to ensure they remain complaint and support Ramsay’s progressive culture

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following

  • Experience of working in an ER focussed role or HR Advisor role with a strong emphasis on ER

  • Experience of working with high case loads with prioritisation abilities

  • Tenacity and resilience to meet stakeholder requirements whilst ensuring case management is efficient and effective.

  • Ability to work with managers at all levels of an organisation

  • A commitment to continuous improvement

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team

  • Strong digital literacy/IT skills

  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
