I'm looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist expertise who thrives on both strategic projects and hands-on HR delivery.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm

HR Business Partner

Job Description

  • Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists and an HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services across the site.
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers across various divisions to develop people strategies aligned with the business strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and talent development initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including ER case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Use data and people metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and shape proactive HR solutions across a large and dynamic workforce.


HR Business Partner

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams in a high-volume, shared-service or multi-site context.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent senior HR qualification.
