Lead complex casework covering conduct, capability, attendance, performance and grievance matters Provide specialist advice to managers on employment legislation, policy application and best practice Conduct investigations, prepare reports and support formal hearings and appeals Build effective working relationships with Trade Union representatives and key stakeholders Monitor case trends, maintain accurate records and support governance reporting Contribute to policy reviews, compliance activities and workforce-related process improvements What we’re looking for in an Employee Relations Lead
Previous experience managing a broad range of complex employee relations matters from investigation through to resolution Experience working within a unionised environment and supporting consultation activity Strong employment law knowledge with experience advising senior leaders and managers Knowledge of right to work requirements, sponsorship processes and immigration compliance CIPD Level 5 qualification or above with strong IT skills across HR and case management systems Access to your own transport If you're ready to take the next step as an Employee Relations Lead and use your expertise to influence positive outcomes across a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
