Employer Engagement Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Employer Engagement Manager to work for one of the country’s leading training providers. You will build strong relationships with employers across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, identify workforce development needs, and promote a range of apprenticeship and commercial training programmes.

Location: Birmingham, with regional travel across the West Midlands
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
* Ability to quickly build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline
* Knowledge of apprenticeship funding
* Knowledge of the building services engineering sector
* Good IT and administration skills
* Full UK Driver’s Licence
* Experience within education, apprenticeships or training would be advantageous
* Experience selling CPD or commercial training products would be desirable
* Knowledge of the electrical or plumbing industries would be desirable
