Employment Advisor

I'm currently hiring for an Employee Relations Advisor for a growing business in North Nottingham. You will provide essential support across various employee relations issues and play a key role in fostering a positive work environment.

• Support and coach managers in fulfilling their people management responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on company policies, employment legislation, and handle ER cases including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Manage employee relations caseloads and assist in organizational changes.

• Proven experience in HR/ER roles, handling complex ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload.
