What you'll do
Deliver engaging employability training and workshops. Develop high-quality learning resources, including digital materials. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback. Support learners through induction, tutorials and progression planning. Maintain accurate learner records and monitor progress. Build positive relationships with employers and internal teams. Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement and self-assessment. Keep your knowledge of employability, industry practice and teaching up to date.

The ability to motivate, inspire and build learners' confidence. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative approach, with experience building positive relationships with employers, colleagues and other stakeholders. A commitment to high-quality teaching, continuous improvement and your own professional development. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to helping learners achieve their goals.
Why join us?
