Employment Associate | London

Our client a leading global law firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their top-tier London team.

What you'll do:

Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation, with advocacy opportunities.
Advise HR leaders, GCs, and boards on strategic employee relations.
Draft and negotiate high-value contracts, policies and exits.
Represent high net-worth individuals and handle team moves.
Coordinate cross-border projects for global clients.
Handle High Court disputes on restrictive covenants and business protection.
Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.

What we’re looking for:

UK-qualified solicitor, 3 to 5 + years PQE with strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work gained in another leading City firm.
Excellent technical skills with a commercial mindset.
Confident communicator and trusted client advisor.
Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to drive business development.
