Job Description

We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking an Employment Associate with at least 2 years' PQE in Employment Law to join their market-leading Employment team in Belfast.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment solicitor who wants to work on

multijurisdictional

cases (NI/E&W & ROI). The Employment team handle a wide range of Employment Law cases and queries, both contentious and non contentious, and corporate support work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with high profile commercial clients across the UK & Ireland and to help build upon the team's reputation for excellence.

Essential Criteria:

A qualified solicitor with prior Employment experience- ideally 2 PQE+;
Excellent knowledge of Employment Law & tribunal procedure;
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions;
Ability to work off of own initiative as well as part of a team;
Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
Well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks;
Ability to research technical points of law
An interest in Business Development.
