Employment Law Officer

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an award-winning software business, that are currently seeking an Employement Law Officer to join them on a Permanent basis.

This role will be based in Manchester, and is fully office based.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 to £33,000, with scope for earning additional money through commission.

As a successful Employment Law Officer, you will be responsible for;

Providing clear and accurate employment law advice to prospective clients via various methods including teams.
Log all advice accurately on bespoke internal system, before handing over to the Advisory team
Review documentation and provide advice around T&C's
Participate in company internal training, employment law webinar sessions and any other ad hoc training opportunities

The ideal Employment Law Officer will have experience in the following;

Strong understanding and experience within HR / Employment Law
Working knowledge of HR processes including capability, redundancy, grievances, TUPE etc.
Commercially focussed and money motivated.
