What you’ll be doing:

The role will involve:

Providing support to an employment law fee earner
Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents including settlement agreements, contracts of employment and tribunal documents
Managing diaries, arranging appointments and organising meetings
Liaising with clients by telephone and email 
Opening new files 
Archiving files
Preparing invoicesWho we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Previous, up to date experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
Previous experience of supporting an employment law team 
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of using a legal case management system
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a high level of client care
The ability to work well as part of a teamWhat’s on offer:
