My client is a well known firm who are looking to strengthen their Employment Law team. You will be happy to take on a mixed caseload albeit with a majority of claimant side work.

It will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious work with some gentle supervision of other team members.

The team is a close knit one where there is a lot of mutual support and co-operation.

The role could be fully in the office, fully remote or a hybrid in between.

Typically you'll advise clients on tribunal claims, negotiating and advising on settlements and you should have a real passion for Employment Law matters.

You will have trained and gained experience in a noted firm and you should be able to demonstrate :

• The ability to work as part of a team.

• The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
