We’re looking for an experienced legal professional (minimum 2 years PQE) to become part of a well-regarded and adaptable legal outfit based in Tunbridge Wells, where hierarchy is minimal, and collaboration is key.

You’ll play a central role in the employment law department, working closely with a small, specialist group of colleagues.

What the role involves:

• Managing a varied caseload of employment law issues for both employers and employees
• Delivering tailored legal guidance in collaboration with your peers
• Taking part in firm-led charitable and local community projects

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least two years of post-qualification experience in employment law
• A cooperative team member who enjoys working in a sociable, cohesive setting
• Appreciates a casual but professional working atmosphere
• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients and colleagues alike
