Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for your next challenge in Birmingham? We are currently working with a leading international law firm seeking to expand its highly regarded Employment & Reward team with the hire of a talented Associate (2–7 PQE).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most well-resourced employment law teams, working on complex advisory work, strategic projects and high-profile litigation for major corporates, financial institutions and household names. The work regularly spans cross-border matters, offering a truly global dimension to your legal career.

About the Role:

• Advising on all aspects of employment law, including strategic advisory work, senior exits and discrimination and whistleblowing issues
• Handling complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Supporting on corporate transactions, M&A and outsourcing matters
• Contributing to client training, seminars and thought leadership
• Collaborating with an established national and international network of specialists

? About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–7 years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong experience within a commercial or top-tier regional firm
• Exposure to complex employment issues, ideally with High Court or cross-border elements
• Excellent client handling and interpersonal skills
• Commercially astute with a collaborative, solutions-led approach
