The Role:
This isn’t your average legal role. You’ll be working across both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a variety of clients—both employers and employees. Your experience will help guide clients through complex challenges, offering sound legal advice and excellent service every step of the way.

Expect to handle:

• Redundancy & Unfair Dismissal cases
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Discrimination & parental rights matters
• Drafting and negotiating Employment Contracts & Settlement Agreements

What They’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Confident managing a broad, hands-on caseload
• A proactive and personable approach to client relationships
• Business development experience or enthusiasm to help grow the practice
