A wonderful opportunity has become available to join a smaller, yet very successful Legal 500 full-service firm to lead the employment team.

The team advises on all aspects of respondent matters, with a good sprinkling of HNW claimant work too and is ably supported by the firm’s corporate and commercial teams.

You should have experience in, but not limited:

• Dismissals
• Restructuring and redundancy
• SME corporate sales & TUPE
• Employment litigation (not essential)
• Discrimination issues
• Settlement agreements
• Covenants and contracts
