The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE) to join the growing Leicester team. This is a great chance to develop your career in a top-ranked national team, working alongside highly experienced lawyers and partners.

• Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
  
  
• Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  
  
• Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
  
  
• Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
  
  
• Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
  
  
• Collaborate with a friendly, dynamic team in a flexible, supportive environment
  
  

You
Are you a bright, ambitious junior lawyer looking for top-quality work in a nationally ranked team?
