We’re looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team, based in the Birmingham office of a leading UK law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, meaningful employment law matters across sectors including health, local government, higher education, financial services, housing and commercial.
 
You’ll get stuck into a mix of contentious and non-contentious work—from complex Tribunal litigation to TUPE, redundancy, and advisory matters. The team is especially known for its standout reputation in the health and care sector, but you’ll have scope to build your expertise across a range of clients.

What you’ll need:

• Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Confident advising on policies, procedures, TUPE, restructuring, and employee relations
• Tribunal experience (advocacy a bonus, not essential)
• Strong client management and commercial awareness
• Public sector experience helpful, but not essential
