Employment Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to secure a new role with a progressive law firm? This could be the role for you! JOB REF: 9357

• This impressive employment team is known for providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice to a diverse client base, acting for both respondents and claimants.
• Due to increasing demand, they are seeking a motivated and confident individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience to help deliver excellent legal support across a broad spectrum of employment matters.
• Your caseload will include settlement agreements, redundancy situations, TUPE, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries and restrictive covenants.
• You will have confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
