About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be joining a close-knit team and have access to support from leading Partners and Head of Departments to work on your own varied caseload consisting of both respondent and also handful of claimant matters including:

- Disciplinaries

- Grievance procedures

- Redundancy

- Restructuring

- Discrimination

- Harassment

- HR advice, seminars and training

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 12 months experience as a Trainee within Employment law, is empathetic, has fantastic client care skills and refined attention to detail.
