Description
Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious
Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and managing smaller files independently
Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
Representing clients in tribunal matters and assisting with internal investigations
Building trusted relationships with a broad client base across various sectors
Profile
A solicitor or equivalent with up to 2 years' PQE or relevant traineeship experience
Genuinely interested in employment law and keen to build technical expertise
Comfortable working with clients and colleagues in a professional, empathetic manner
Proactive, well-organised, and motivated to develop a long-term career in this field
A strong communicator with a commitment to excellent client service
