Description

• Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious

• Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters and managing smaller files independently

• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

• Representing clients in tribunal matters and assisting with internal investigations

• Building trusted relationships with a broad client base across various sectors

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with up to 2 years' PQE or relevant traineeship experience

• Genuinely interested in employment law and keen to build technical expertise

• Comfortable working with clients and colleagues in a professional, empathetic manner

• Proactive, well-organised, and motivated to develop a long-term career in this field

• A strong communicator with a commitment to excellent client service
