Employment Solicitor

An established and reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team in Coventry. This role would suit someone with 2-4 years’ PQE who can manage a broad Employment Law caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The caseload includes a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for both employees and employers. You’ll advise on redundancies, dismissals, discrimination claims, contracts, HR processes, and handle Employment Tribunal matters.

You’ll be joining a team with a healthy source of work from direct enquiries, referrals, and existing clients. The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, meet fee-earning targets, and contribute to the department’s growth through business development.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Strong communication and file management skills
• Experience with both Claimant and Respondent work
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (essential)
