What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including advocacy (where appropriate)
• Advising on TUPE, restructuring, redundancy and day-to-day HR matters
• Supporting employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Working directly with clients, offering strategic, commercial advice
• Taking part in client seminars and business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years’ PQE in Employment Law (England & Wales qualified)
• Strong grasp of both contentious and advisory work
• A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
• Confident communication and teamworking skills
