Employment Solicitor – Leading Regional Firm - Greater London office. North West London

A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the South is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment team.

The team advises a broad client base – from SMEs to larger corporates – on the full range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Typical work includes advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment contracts and policies, redundancies and restructures, settlement agreements, and day-to-day HR matters. The team also represents clients in Employment Tribunal claims and disputes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year PQE and experience advising employers, including handling both respondent and claimant matters. They are also happy to consider candidates up to senior associate level. You will be joining a well-resourced team with experienced senior lawyers, offering excellent supervision and development opportunities.
