TITLE: Employment Solicitor
LOCATION: Hampshire
PQE: 2-4
SALARY: £55-70,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This respected firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its highly successful Employment team. You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Your primary focus will be advising and representing employers in relation to disputes, general advisory work, and corporate support matters. Clients span a wide range of sectors, including public sector bodies, government agencies, healthcare organisations, retail, and various private sector companies.

You will also play an integral role in business development activities, contributing to the team's growth through initiatives and networking events. In addition, you will support the development of junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE who have gained high-quality Employment law experience at a leading national, regional, or City firm. You should demonstrate strong technical expertise, sound commercial awareness, and a genuine commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver pragmatic, high-quality client service are essential.
