Employment Solicitor

An established law firm based in Newcastle is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to join its growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of employment law, including contracts, disputes, discrimination and tribunal work.

Role Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on employment contracts, disciplinary & grievance procedures, redundancies and workplace disputes
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal hearings and negotiations
• Draft and review employment policies and settlement agreements
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in employment law
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent client service and organisational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a busy legal team
