Looking for a supportive team where you can really develop your claimant & respondent employment practice?

This established firm in Wilmslow is expanding and is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its friendly, growing team.

The Role

You'll take on a varied caseload with a strong focus on claimant work, including:
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Advising individuals on grievances, unfair dismissal, and discrimination cases
  • Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice
  • Some respondent instructions for local businesses and organisations
