Employment Solicitor

A well-respected UK law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2-7 years’ PQE) to join its growing Employment team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The role offers exposure to a broad mix of employment law matters, including complex tribunal claims, day-to-day advisory work, restructuring projects, discrimination & whistleblowing cases, senior executive issues and cross-border employment matters. There will also be opportunities to support clients on M&A, outsourcing and high-value litigation.

The team works with a wide range of clients, from large corporate & financial institutions to international organisations. Known for delivering commercial & pragmatic solutions, the group is collaborative, supportive and offers the chance to get involved in high-quality and often international work.

Key requirements:

• 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
• Solid technical knowledge across contentious and advisory employment law
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• A team-focused approach and enthusiasm for contributing to the group’s growth
