Employment Solicitor – Birmingham

Our client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Employment Law Solicitor to join its Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line (NSL) in Birmingham.

Key Details:

• Advise employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Sector focus includes health and care, commercial (e.g. retail, manufacturing) and higher education
• Work alongside experienced employment lawyers
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally across offices
• Involvement in business development activities
• Opportunity to grow within a top-tier, people-focused legal practice

About You:

• 1–4 years’ PQE in employment law, in private practice or in-house
• Strong technical ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A team player who can also manage matters independently
• Experience advising health and care sector clients is desirable
