The Opportunity

The firm are seeking an exceptional Employment Solicitor to join their market-leading department. The head of department for the Employment team is considered one of the best in London and they are renowned globally, having the largest employment practices in U.K., Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The Employment team deals with complex cross-border and domestic advice to public and private employers, boards, pension scheme institutions and retirement asset fiduciaries (including government plans), investors, executives and management teams.

They are also experts in handling Employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, IPOs, private equity transaction, fundraisers, corporate governance matters and regulatory reforms.

The department also has an incredible track record of handling contentious employment matters. Whether obtaining or defending injunctions, resolving claims through mediation or arbitration, or litigating in court or before employment tribunals.

Required Experience

• Employment Solicitor with 1 - 5 years' PQE
• Excellent academic credentials
• Must be working in a L500/Chambers & Partners recognised Employment department
