Employment Solicitor / Associate

A superb opportunity exists for a Employment Solicitor / Associate to join a forward thinking law firm based on the outskirts of Grantham within their growing Employment team.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently

The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards providing the very best service to clients.

Within this Employment Solicitor position, you’ll also be:

• Managing a varied caseload of Employment matters from end to end
• Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Manage employment tribunal cases effectively
• Maintain a high standard of client care and compliance
• Engage in marketing and development activities for the team
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
• Travel between offices and client sites as required

Salary Information

£45,000 to 75,000 per annum, dependant on experience

All levels of experience from NQ to 10Yr+ PQE will be considered.
