A nationally recognised Legal 500 firm is looking to add an Employment Solicitor or FCILEx to its established team in Bristol. The role is ideal for someone with experience in employment law who is looking to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, with a firm known for its inclusive, flexible culture and commitment to career development.

The position involves managing your own caseload of primarily Employment Tribunal matters, including drafting pleadings, advising on claims, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel. There will also be opportunities to support non-contentious advisory work for commercial clients, such as reviewing contracts and handbooks and providing day-to-day HR and employment law guidance. There is also scope to take on a supervisory position, mentoring junior colleagues.

The firm is committed to flexible working, based in either office, with hybrid working supported or fully remote arrangements available, depending on the candidate’s preference. You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx with previous experience in employment law.
