Advising clients on employment tax compliance and advisory matters, including PAYE, National Insurance, benefits, and expenses. Conducting employment tax reviews and identifying areas for improvement. Supporting clients with HMRC enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution. Providing guidance on share schemes, employee incentives, and termination payments. Collaborating with internal teams to offer holistic tax solutions to clients. Staying up to date with UK employment tax legislation and HMRC regulations. Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional (ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA preferred). Strong technical knowledge of UK employment tax regulations. Experience in advising on PAYE, National Insurance, IR35, and share schemes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
