End of Tenancy Cleaning Specialist Required
A UK-based cleaning company is seeking skilled End-of-Tenancy Cleaning Specialists to support property preparation between tenancies.

This role involves restoring vacant properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new occupants.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of empty residential properties

• Intensive kitchen cleaning, including ovens and surfaces

• Deep bathroom cleaning, including descaling and mould treatment

• Cleaning windows, skirting boards, floors, and internal doors

• Preparing properties to meet landlord and letting agency standards

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time hours, typically 4–8 hours per assignment

• Work available Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts

• Jobs are assigned as availability arises in your local area

• Please note: this is a part-time role

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 per job for use of your own cleaning equipment and materials

• Paid travel time when applicable

• Client parking costs are covered by the client, except where only street parking is available.

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Ability to complete jobs independently

• Own cleaning products and equipment required

• Reliable vehicle or transport access

• Very good English communication skills
