At Atos UK&I, we help organisations solve complex business and technology challenges through secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. As an End To End Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and shaping transformational solutions across cloud, infrastructure, data, security, and digital workplace services for some of the UK's most critical organisations.

Working closely with sales, bid, commercial, delivery, and product teams, you will develop compelling technical solutions that address customer requirements, support strategic bids, and influence the evolution of Atos’s service portfolio. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile public and private sector opportunities while helping shape the future of sovereign and hybrid cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions for complex customer opportunities.
  


• Align business requirements, technology strategy, and delivery outcomes.
  


• Engage with customers to shape solution roadmaps and transformation strategies.
  


• Coordinate architecture teams across cloud, applications, infrastructure, security, and service management.
  


• Support bids, proposals, solution costing, and executive presentations.
  


• Ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically robust, and operationally deliverable.
  


• Lead solution workshops and present architectures to senior stakeholders.

Skills we can`t do without: 

• Enterprise Solution Architecture Experience
   Proven experience designing complex, end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, data platforms, and digital workplace services.


• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Expertise
   Strong understanding of public, private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and modern managed cloud services.


• Bid, Tender & Pre-Sales Leadership
   Demonstrated success leading technical solutioning for complex bids, tenders, RFIs, and RFPs, translating customer requirements into compelling and compliant solutions.


• Security, Compliance & Governance Knowledge
   Deep understanding of UK security, regulatory, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements, particularly within public sector or other highly regulated environments.


• Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Communication
   Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage customers, executives, commercial teams, delivery stakeholders, and technical specialists while producing high-quality architectural documentation.

Nice to Have:

• AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, or related architecture certifications.


• Experience working with UK Public Sector, Defence, or Critical National Infrastructure customers.


• Knowledge of sovereign cloud, data governance, analytics platforms, and digital transformation programmes.

Note: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
