Endoscopists required for weekend waiting lists

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic procedures including gastroscopies, colonoscopies, and other related interventions
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff to prepare for and execute endoscopic cases
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Document and maintain accurate medical records, including procedure notes and patient assessments
• Provide exceptional communication with patients regarding the procedures and potential outcomes
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

• Valid medical license and board certification in gastroenterology or related field
• Proven experience in performing a range of endoscopic procedures
• Strong knowledge of patient care and operational protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases efficiently
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
