Our client is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Practitioner to join their team in the Endoscopy department. The role offers an opportunity to work in an environment that performs more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
This full-time role comes with a salary of up to £32,500.00 per year. The role holder will have the flexibility to cover a shift pattern.
As an Endoscopy Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
Providing quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway. Assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in the management and organisation of care provision within the endoscopy unit. Participating in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards for flexible endoscopy services, including decontamination and clinical care. The ideal candidate for the Endoscopy Practitioner role should have:
NMC or HCPC registration. Basic and advanced knowledge/qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination. Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination. Teaching/Assessing/mentorship qualifications. Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies ILS. If you've previously held roles such as Endoscopy Nurse, Endoscopy Technician, Endoscopy Specialist, Endoscopy Assistant, or Endoscopy Therapist, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.
