Energy Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Energy Manager to support a public sector organisation in Northampton. This is a full -time temporary role covering a vacant position, offering a mix of office and home working.

Working pattern:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week)
  
• Based at One Angel Square and Westbridge
  
• Up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on meetings and business needs
  

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysing energy usage across sites
  
• Identifying cost -saving and energy efficiency opportunities
  
• Supporting carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives
  
• Managing energy data, reporting and compliance
  
• Working with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements
  
• Supporting energy -related projects across the estate
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Energy Manager or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of energy management and compliance
  
• Experience working across multiple sites or estates
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
