We are an established energy consultancy based in Leicester, looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building lasting relationships with clients. This is a phone-based, outbound sales role suited to someone who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through research, cold calling, and outbound outreach

• Confidently present energy solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits

• Close new business and maintain strong client relationships post-sale

• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and report on sales activity

• Collaborate with team members to refine strategy and share best practices

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous outbound sales experience (energy/utilities experience is a bonus)

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills

• Self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
